A stunning new build of three luxury single storey loft penthouses finally assembled on the rooftop of an existing six storey apartment block providing unrivalled views of the London Cityscape from Clerkenwell EC1. The lightweight, off-site prefabricated and energy efficient timber solution provides over 3000 ft2 of living space and was built to weather-tight in just 12 weeks without compromise to quality or performance. Day to day living continued below undisturbed while the aesthetically engineered glulam frame and composite insulated timber Sapisol floor, wall and roof panels were carefully constructed within tight site boundaries. A seamless solution through collaborative work between client, design team and manufacturers.
