Assembled on the sixth floor of an occupied residential development in Clerkenwell EC1, these two luxury single storey contemporary loft penthouses totalling over 300m² were meticulously designed to maximise space with energy efficient performance, precisely manufactured off-site for quality assurance and constructed with an engineered glulam frame and light weight highly insulated Sapisol panels enabling a speedy site build with minimal disruption on a tight space site.
