Project description:
Over 400m² of residential fourth floor roof top extension comprising of a single storey prime location penthouse in the heart of Clerkenwell London EC1. The structure was fabricated completely off-site as an hybrid glulam frame and insulated panellised system for light weight and speed of installation providing minimal disruption to the sensitivities of surrounding residents whilst achieving the code for sustainable homes level 4. The design driven solution of an offsite managed process eliminated the site build risks and complications whilst maintaining a high level aesthetic finish.
